with zero lag at all I want this to be the last time I have to upgrade my computer not have to upgrade to have max setting but upgrade just so i can play with ZERO lag

Hate to break it to you but this system will NOT play recent games on medium. You will be lucky if they run on low at playable frame rates. Are there any games specifically that you want to play?

Oh, get rid of that ram. With this system 4GB is enough. Put the money into a better GPU instead.

If you want to game at all, don't use a GT610
if you can afford the money use a AMD HD7750/7770 which is far superior to the GT610 and is actually designed to game

everything else is fine except for the video card you chose

grab a 7750, 7770, GTX 650, GTX 650ti, or a 7850 depending on your budget. the latter two may require you to stretch your budget a bit for a 450w PSU at worst, though it's still doable with 380w. if a 640 performs as such against a 7750, expect far more worse performance with a 610.

if you can, grab 2x4gb 1600mhz RAM. more than enough for gaming and other basic tasks. allocate that money you saved up to a better GPU.

Neither one will get you anywhere for gaming. Go with a Radeon 7770 instead - much better video card. The GTX 650 is decent, but the Radeon 7770 is better for that price. Also do not purchase an Apevia case - they are one of the worst brands you could go with.
