will work, but you pick some outdated part

i5-2500K -----> i5 3570K even cheaper :) 

EAH6770 ---> 7770 :)  or if you can afford, cheapest 7850

1. I would drop the cpu, and change it to 3570k.
2. That would be a gpu bottleneck, alot of room for gpu upgrade. I would probable get a 7950. But if your budget resists. a 7850 will do.
3. Drop the psu and pick a higher tier brand/series, maybe a corsair/seasonic. http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/permalink/323050/323050/...
