I dunno but if I were you I'd have bid a 100euro and not posted it here.
The seller has good feedback, even though buying direct from Hong Kong seems
risky.

I sifted down through the seller's feedback; didn't like what I saw.
The seller's lifetime feedback is 42 reports. What's suspicious about
it is that they're all less than a week old, and from the quick
spot-check that I did on the accounts who were leaving his positive
feedback, it would appear that none of his "buyers" have existed for
more than a month or so.
Call me paranoid, but this looks like contrived feedback traffic,
created by a cadre of sockpuppets, which is exactly what a scammer who
wants to make himself look presentable would try to do.
Personally, I would avoid bidding on anything from a seller with a
suspicious looking history like this one; YMMV.
1. Because he want to be paid by methods that offer the buyer
absolutely no protection against freud.
2. Because his 42 "buyers" all registered their feedback within
a 4 hour span on June 28.
Any money wired to this guy will be lost.

Thanks for the tips on what to look out for on scam auctions. I've bought a
lot of stuff on Ebay and haven't been ripped off yet but there's always a
first time. In maybe 50 purchases in the past 4 years I've only had two
really slow shipments, and one misrepresentation of the condition of a 7"
vinyl record (and the seller refunded me some money on that one).

Good catch - if I had 100Euro to risk on it like I suggested, I hope I
would have read deeper and noticed that.

Yeah, there's no way I'd pay by a non-guaranteed method. Almost like
the Nigerian scams, saying they've got a $10k check, and the price is $7k,
so if you send them $3k, ...
This guy sells recipes for pavlova (meringue) for RMB 0.99 a pop (about
10 cents?). He will post the recipe to China.
"A beautiful pavlova crispy on the outside and a nice soft filling on
the inside. Very easy to make!"

And his sockpuppets are buying them.
That's how you get 42 positive feedbacks in 4 hours.
