D/L the Seagate Manager from this site: http://seagate-manager-2.1.600.fyxm.net/. This has fixed my driver issue problem with my Maxtor One Touch Mini 111 100gb external usb drive.

(Thanks to aml222 from another post) ! Maxtor is Seagate !
