if this is for gaming, i would suggest a better gpu, it's too slow for your procie.
probably you can skip the ups for the mean time?

i think i know where you're from :)

Agreed. Get atleast an HD 7770/7850 for gaming. Are you going to be overclocking?

Hi, I can see your from ph. Where would you buy your parts? I hope I could help you there.

Regarding the parts, There are a lot of changes I would make,

1. I'll change the cpu to 3570k.
2. I'll get an z77 board.
3. Upgrade your vga, maybe 7850, or even 7950 depends on budget.
4. Drop the PSU, change it to corsair/seasonic or higher tier psus.
5. Change cooler to 212 evo.

The parts you mentioned are a bit pricier. But if I will not do overclocking, will my build be good enough?

Okay then. Just making sure your not buying from unreliable sellers. Their prices are competitive also. Almost the same from where are buy. How much is your total budget. I've posted some changes that would help you but I'm not sure with your budget yet.

I tried to check their list. And I came up with this,

Processor, Intel Core i5 3570K 6M Cache, up to 3.80GHz PHP 9950.00
Motherboard, lga1155 ASRock Z77 Pro3 PHP 4600.00
Vga, Sapphire HD 7850 2gb 256bit gddr5 OC Ed PHP 9400.00
Casing, Aerocool Strike-X One PHP 1950.00
Memory, Gskill Sniper 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 CL9 PHP 2240.00
Hdd Internal, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX 64MB PHP 3150.00
Psu, Seasonic S12II-520w 80PLUS Bronze PHP 2700.00
Monitor Led, LG 23 inch LED IPS Panel, IPS234V PHP 7900.00
DVDrw Internal, Asus 24X DVDwriter SATA DRW-24B5ST PHP 950.00
Keyboard, A4Tech KR-8520D USB Desktop Combo PHP 430.00
Cooler, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Turbo Dual Fan CPU Cooler PHP 1890.00

That's a bit over your budget, that is 45160 without the ups(hopefully you can salvage some ups at your place). I suggest that if you don't have that budget, You could drop the cooler first, that would be 43270. That means, you won't be able to OC yet, until you have the budget to change your stock cooler. I tried to chop off from some parts like changing the monitor, to make the most out of your money to your build(making it qualty wise and future proof), like the cpu, board, psu, and vga choice. If your budget still can't agree, then we need to downgrade some parts.

If you don't OC you could save quite a bit of cash and still game at high settings on most games with a good GPU.. That way you could save on your CPU, motherboard and drop the cooler entirely.. Just my 2cents

I made a list check it out,

Processor, Intel Core i5 3470 6M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz (Quad Core) PHP 7950.00
Motherboard, lga1155 Asrock H77M PHP 3690.00
Vga, Sapphire HD 7850 2gb 256bit gddr5 OC Ed PHP 9400.00
Casing, Aerocool Strike-X One PHP 1950.00
Memory, Gskill Sniper 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 CL9 PHP 2240.00
Hdd Internal, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX 64MB PHP 3150.00
Psu, Seasonic S12II-520w 80PLUS Bronze PHP 2700.00
Monitor Led, LG 23 inch LED IPS Panel, IPS234V PHP 7900.00
DVDrw Internal, LiteOn IHAS124 24x Multi Format DVDWriter PHP 900.00
Keyboard, A4Tech KR-8520D USB Desktop Combo PHP 430.00

it sums up to 40310. You could buy the non-oc vga if you want to save 200. but if that is okay, then you could stick with it. And also note that I didn't include a ups, still hoping you could salvage a ups at your place. but if you really need a new one, then you could change the monitor, hdd, so that hopefully you could buy a new ups.
