First gaming rig, need advice from experienced builders

I am planning to build my first gaming rig and after reading different threads about building, I was able to come up with this build. My budget is tight that's why I need expert advice from expert builders. I am open to changes as long as it can help me with my build. Any comment is welcome and much appreciated. My budget will be around 30-35k Philippine Peso. Thank you so much.

Don't use the wd caviar green hard drive if you are going to use it as your primary hard drive. It is slower compared to other ones. Go for blue or black one.
And for gaming you should go for a better graphic card.
