Dell drivers windows 7 32 bit ethernet controller

I am looking for Ethernet controller drivers for motherboard model #M7VIQ and chipset #via vt8375 P/KM266 + VT8233CF/VT8235 and Processor is AMD Anthlon xp2200+.
Was working fine but upgraded window 7-32bit,no more internet.Any help will be good.
