Best gaming pc $600-$750

Hey,
My brother is looking at building a 600 to 750 dollar gaming pc. I have no clue about this price range. Could you recommend some components? We prefer intel over AMD, looking at a 7850 GPU, and 500w power supply, beyond that I'm clueless.

You could do that but go inbetween with a 7870 and be a happy camper @ 670ish
