Unregular Bluescreens

Hello Community,

I just recently bought a new Motherboard + new RAM for my System, and ever since, i am getting unregular bluescreens, either usbhub.sys, atikmdag.sys or ks.sys. No clue what this means. Also tried to run a Memory Test for the RAM, but they seemed fine. Also, i tried a complete new installation of Windows, with everything formated. Did not work, aswell. Installing other drivers for my ATI did not work. Not entirely sure what to do now, i wanted to buy a new graphics card at the end of the month anyway, but not being able to get at my PC for 9 Days is kinda not doable, too, since i need to work with it. Here are my system specs, if they help you:

Windows 7 64bit
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Amd Phenom II x4 965 BE, Custom Cooler by AC (Freezer 17)
Asus E5770v2 1GB
8 GB DDR3 1333
Be Quiet! 600W

Thanks in advance, i am running out of ideas, hope you guys can help me.
