Upgrading custom build, need advice

So for Christmas I had the pleasure of building myself a computer, I love it but I feel like it could be more.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Deneb/Black Edition @ 3.4 GHz
ASRock 970 Extreme3 mobo
Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition/Overclock Edition
8GB of G.SKILL RAM (2x4GB)
620W COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M2 PSU
1TB Seagate internal HDD

I have $120 left that I plan to put into the computer

I was thinking of doubling my RAM to 16GB and getting some more case fans and overclocking a bit. Other thing I thought of was crossfiring with an extra GPU. Or just get another HDD.

What do you guys think would the best to go for?

8GB of RAM should be more than enough, and if you're not running a 64-bit OS then you won't even notice above 3.25GB of RAM anyway.

I'd say stick it into getting another hard drive, it'll definitely be way more useful than extra RAM or a second GPU.

I'll second the SSD. It won't improve FPS in games, but it will improve load times dramatically. You ought to be able to find a decent non-Sandforce 120GB-128GB drive in your price range (e.g. Samsung 830, 840, Crucial M4).
Adding RAM likely won't help. You might add a decent air cooler like a Xigmatek Gaia ($20) and overclock your CPU. Hitting 3.8GHz is not unreasonable; you might get more. I don't think it is worth Crossfiring two low-mid range cards like the HD7770 due to microstutter and potential driver issues overcoming any benefits. You could sell or return it for a stronger card (e.g. HD7850), but if it were me I'd get the SSD.
