First computer build

So I recently bought a monitor before anything else. It's the 2560x1440 crossover korean monitor. It only has a DVI-D input. Would it still work if I used a DVI-D to HDMI adapter? I was thinking that if I ever want to use more monitors, I should get it ready now.

I am planning on getting http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr795wf33gd

It has 1 DVI-D input. Can I use a DVI-D to HDMI adapter for the other two monitors and keep the full resolution?

Dvi-d means it can turn digital into analog signal. Any dvi or hdmi/displayport should work fine with it. Dvi pure is what i would suggest for it.
