Graphics Problem

Hey guys,
I was using my pc for a couple of days before the fan overheated and blew the heatsink which in turn destroyed the processor. I had a second computer with identical specs that i just moved the hard drive into and booted up. It works like a charm except for one problem, the graphics really have trouble. I have the exact same mother board, processor, graphics, and ram setup that i did before. (I try to play minecraft and it lags for some reason)
CPU: Pentium D 3.2 Dual Core
RAM: 3 GB
Graphx: Geforce 6200 512 mb pci
HDD: Some seagate hdd
anyone know how to fix this?
