I have found these two cards to only be $30 change in price.
What should I buy?

Would it be worth it to give the extra $30 for that because I heard that the Sapphire can overclock like a boss and the XFX doesn't overclock as good. But the fact that it is a 7970 instead of a 7950 greatly changes whats going on.

My budget is short and I dont plan on spending any more that the 7970 specified and only will spend the money of the XFX because it is sooo close in price to the 7950.
I plan on overclocking them very much in my NZXT phantom with 6 fans in it.
The other option is I jus buy a cheap 7950. I have read for hours on review site and the Vapor-x seems to be worth the extra $20 because it is so quiet and overclockable.

I hope I am not suppose to indent all of the messy paragraphs.

All of my system is ready for this upgrade so no need to ask about bottlenecking or airflow or power supply.

Just an FYI, that version of the 7970 has the 3.1 pcb...the voltage is locked on that one and I don't think there is any way to unlock the voltage. It's not a big deal if you don't plan to overclock it, I think it can go up to around 1100 on the clock speed. I almost bought that one off new egg but decided to get the older version off of amazon for the same price. Easy way to tell the difference is if it has one dvi port or two...one dvi port is the older version, voltage can be pushed up to 1.29 vdc.
