i will follow this build as for now this is the best budget build i see im a fist time buyer i also need a desktop under $700 but i have a question to you
what do you think is better ASUS Radeon 7870 2gb or GeForce GTX 660
and in term of prices of the two

Depends, the prices nowadays are pretty close. Look at benchmarks to see which does better in the games you'll play. I've heard the GTX drivers are better, but take that with a grain of salt because they are often upgraded and I've used neither of the cards.

These two cards are essentially equivalent, just research and make a choice.

I would say you to get GTX 660.
7870 may be faster in terms of fps, about 5%.

And you can Sacrifice that much for TXAA, Adaptive V-sync & Physx.
These technologies are totally worth it.

With new Drivers, GTX 660 will even perform better
New drivers released today, 310.90

you already said that these specs can play BF 3 and other bench marked games and my other concern is im at south east asia tropical climate do i need additional coolers and the motherboard i don't know what's the difference between 1 and the other

Nope, you'll not need Any extra Coolers.

I live in India and My CPU runs at 30C Idle and 60C Max.
I just have a Single Fan in the Case Now. But I'm thinking of adding a 200mm Blue Fan & and a Upper fan Just for the Looks
