Would this work/How long would it last for/Upgrade PSU?

angaddev recommended this build for me and it seems pretty good and look pretty firm but would there by any problems with this build/how long would it last for? I'm looking for a 2-3 year computer.

More about would work long upgrade
  1. good build, stick with corsair PSU

coolermaster shouldnt sell PSU at the first place... their psu are bad..
  2. Get a better case : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/bitfenix-case-bfcmrc100kkx1u3

It has usb 3.0 in the front panel, also a good budget case.
Also there's the xfx 550w pro same price after mir, it's is a slightly better psu : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
Cheaper low profile ram : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/crucial-memory-bls2kit4g3d1609ds1s00
Better hdd(64mb cache, just for a bit more) : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st1000dm003

Also the cooler master you have will do for that system, but read this : http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-500-W-Power-Supply-Review/728/10

I think it's better to buy a new one.
