Would this work/How long would it last for/Upgrade PSU?

angaddev recommended this build for me and it seems pretty good and look pretty firm but would there by any problems with this build/how long would it last for? I'm looking for a 2-3 year computer.

coolermaster shouldnt sell PSU at the first place... their psu are bad..
