Outlook 2007 Restrictions

I am using MicroSoft Office Outlook 7 for my emails and whenever I try to buy a movie from Disney I get the following message:- This operation has been canncelled due to restrictions in effect on this Computer.
Please contact your System Administrator.
There is no System admin I install Office 2007 myself, OS is Windows 7 Home.

Could somoeone please help

I don't see the connection between Outlook and buying movies from Disney. I assume you are trying to buy Disney movies via your web browser and not via Outlook. Is that correct?

This is the Disney movie Club and you do your corresponding thru email.
The same thing happen when my grand daughter try to get some of those kids games you have to give them a email address and teh same thing happens.
I will try both again and log the procedure.

Then it sounds like your Office 2007 security settings are causing the problem. I suggest you look at your security options for Outlook to see which are blocking the desired content that is being affected.

If you are referring to links / hyperlinks on your Outlook email then try the Microsoft KB article number 310049.

Or simply try resetting the default browser.
