Building a Gaming rig: Are these parts compatible?

Hi everyone. I am building my first gaming rig. I just wanted to know if all of these parts are compatible before I put it together so I can see which ones I have to return. If there are incompatible parts, please suggest a replacement that is compatible, for it would be extremely appreciated.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3550 Quad-Core Processor 3.3 GHz 6 MB Cache LGA 1155 - BX80637I53550

Motherboard: MSI Computer Corp. DDR3 1600 Intel LGA 1155 Motherboards (Z77A-G43)

PSU: Here is where I have to decide between

Corsair CX750 Builder Series ATX 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Power Supply
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 750 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze (TX750)

  1. Looks fine, since you are not overclocking a 550W Psu such as this one will be enough.

    No chance. Pretty sure that CPU wont bottleneck any GPU.
