Features that should (IMO) be on all DSLRs.
Pixel mapping?
Sensor cleaning/sealing of sensor compartment with a glass window?
IS?
Non-binning of reduced-pixel images?
Lenses designed for digital use?

Technically, the sensor is sealed by a glass window. It's that window you
have to clean all the time, so what difference does it make where it is?
And, I agree all DSLR's should have a mirror lockup and their shutter
buttons should have a provision for a simple cable release.

Capable of using a bulb release. Too often, I have to time photos when
I need hands doing an action, no model (or friend) is around, and there
is no bulb release on any high tech camera. In the bad old days, I
dropped the bulb on the floor and ran the board through the table saw
myself, stepping on the bulb when it was time to fire. Now, I have to
outguess the camera's timer--you are NOT going to check out the speed
up in the little blinking light when you're feeding a table saw. At
least not twice.
