al;though 3dsmax doesn't need bandwith, certain plugins that are extra renderers do. Therefore, u guys think it's wise to get a total of 1.5-2GB RAM for my 1.2Ghz T-Bird?

WinXp OS keep you a maximum of 128Mb (if you load at boot some tools)
i think with 1Gb you can work easiest on 3DSMAX.
it's for CAO & imagery you could need 2Gb or even 4Gb.


if you know you don't know, the way could be more easy.
