my friend wants to buy a graphic card to his pc and with his budget he could buy a amd 7770 buy at the same price his friend is selling a used ps3 console so which is a best go ?is amd 7770 a powerful graphics card than nvidia rsx used in ps3?

But really you cant compare a gpu for a pc and a gpu console, the gpu from console is at maximum optimization by the devs who create the games, while on pc there is always poor optimization from console ports.
The 7770 you can play any game which is in the multi platform and will look better and perform better than the ps3 and @1080p resolution vs 720p ps3.
