i just got a new Sapphire HD 7770 Ghz Edition replacing old HD 4650, i have a strange problem, at first my new card worked just fine removed driver installed new driver etc, ran games of 3 hr straight. Then i shutdown the system for the night and now when i start the system it gives me no display, like now even BIOS, i can hear windows turning on just fine but cant see a single thing similar to "No signal" .
I took the card and my system to the vendor and he first disabled the mobo build in display and then plug in the card using DVI to VGA converter the system ran just fine ran games as well , i came home plugged in to my own View sonic LCD and guess what same issue no display on DVI, but when i plug in my old 4650 back in to system display is just fine. I then tried using my Samsung LCD TV with hdmi to my new 7770 and display was just fine and dandy, ran games just fine but when i turn back to my DVI View Sonic Monitor no display like "No Signal",
I haven't tried VGA cable with DVI to VGA like my vendor will try that later but can any body helped me where might be the problem is it possible that my LCD and 7770 are in clash, is there way around it or my 7770 is faulty, or how can i rested mt LCD setting to factory default, or should i try HDMI to DVI converter.
At first my guess was PSU but i changed that to 450 W, then i thought it was Graphic Card but it shows display on VGA and HDMI, now i think it might be my LCD but at first time LCD worked just fine and it also works fine with my older 4650 card,
Can any one help me what can i do and what are my options?
