I have a problem with sleeping dogs. everytime i start the game is runs slow, i think it has low FPS. so i put the settings on the LOWEST!! still nothing. is it my Graphics Card? and if it is can someone please give the the link were i can download or update my Graphic Card THAT WORKS!! PLEASE HELP

http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx This is the page for downloading AMD's Catalyst. Make sure only the bare essentials are running in the background. I'm not sure what else to say, you're not working with much on that little netbook.
Updating drivers is always a good start, but may not fix the problem. Hopefully it fixes it so we don't have to ask you bunch of questions.
