Old Rig, Upgrade? Or New Build?

Good Morning Guys,

I have had the same gaming desktop since March 2010, below are the parameters, I feel as though I have gotten my money out of this thing seeing as how I have used and abused this PC over the last two years. The machine runs fine, but is starting to lag behind whenever it comes to newer games. I have to play Skyrim on the lowest to medium settings in order to play without it crashing or me not being able to move. Battlefield 3 is the same way..... All of my other games seem fine. with this I would like to ask the community should I upgrade this PC or should I sell it and get a new one? (If I should sell how much should I take?)

More about upgrade build
  1. Sell it and get a Intel Platform (LGA 1155 or wait till Haswell for LGA 1150).
