New to pc building need suggestions please help!

Hi, this is my first pc build and was wondering a few things.

1. Is this build good for gaming and for rendering
2. I plan on having 5-6 fans for optimal cooling for overclocking down the road so was wonder what wattage power supply is need or will the one i have pick out work

specs are down below

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

This will be a solid gamer for sure, and my only recommendations would be to double up on that RAM for rendering and at least 900-1000W power supply considering all the fans, and it sounds like you're using dual graphics cards.
