The price difference between the 3GB and 4GB is $200. The user-upgradeable factor doesn't matter to me (I know myself and know I won't upgrade myself).
My question is: in the next 2-3 years, will games (FPS, MMORPG) require the 4GB graphics card to run on High/Top Settings? Is the extra GB worth $200 in the long run or is it just overkill?
I'm not sure if this matters, but here's some other relevant specs of the laptop:
CPU: 3rd Generation Intel® Ivy Bridge Core™ i7-3630QM (2.4GHz - 3.4GHz, 6MB Intel® Smart Cache, 45W Max TDP)
RAM: 16GB - DDR3 1600MHz Dual Channel Memory
HDD: 750GB 7200RPM [Serial-ATA II 300 - 16MB Cache]
