Cant get to site... times out

the site is area51gamers.com
it worked fine 3 days ago, then all of a sudden, it times out. I thought maybe it was down or got hacked again, but other members can get there fine. So I started trying things.

They checked to see if my IP was on a BAN list.. Nope
Tried the site on Chrome.... Nope
Firefox.... Nope
IE.... Nope
Cleared temp files/cache..... nope
Checked DNS / Flushed DNS..... nope
tried on my iPhone... Nope
tried on iPhone - wifi off - YES i can get there on 3G

Ping... Nope
tracert... Nope
