Getting An EVGA Superclocked Signature 2 GTX 680 2GB. Can I Do Better?

People are hitting 1300+ easily (one hit 1450 on AIR) and with voltage control coming no other 680 or any other card will even be able to touch it.

However you do need to increase your budget threefold, but it's a frigging TITAN!!!
