New build advice?

I just bought the below components for a new build and I'm curious, if anyone has built a few systems, what your routine is in terms of build sequence.

For example:

1. install mobo into case
2. install cpu & cooler
3. install hds and optical drives
4. install psu and cable it up

Or... some other order?

As you can imagine, I'm very excited about build day next weekend!
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Newegg suggests you do a test boot outside the case, so install CPU, RAM and your GPU to your mobo then install it into your case along with HDD's etc..

How high do you suspect I can OC a 3770k with an H80i cooler?

I'm not an expert OCer but I'd like to get it into a comfortable and safe OC zone. I know Ivy runs hot when OC'd. I'm sure there are a million threads on here about OCing Ivy. First, the build! :D
