HELP! What Screws are For What? (Fractal Design R4)

I need help I am in the process of put my motherboard in my case and I put the gold standoffs on the case but I dont know what screws are for what? There are multiple bags of different screws so if someone can tell me what screws are for what I could stop stressing out lol.

if you have a small fishing tackel box or pill box move the screws around and pick out the same screws.
for the brass standoffs there be 8 or 9 of the same screws. there be a few screw for pci slots in the back and the power supply.
the power supply ones most time have a top on them.some of them are for the hard drive and cd rom (4) each.
