HIS HD7750 weird bug in game ? help !!!

Just replace my old Powercolor 5670 for the new HIS HD7750 1gb DDR5...just install new driver from AMD(have been try the newest beta driver)...but there still the problem : (you can click on the pic to see more clearly)











I've try to install new driectx and driver...but still the problem...please?any advice?
