Help with the hd 7850

So im trying to find a radeon hd 7850 to upgrade from my 5830 and i came across a great deal on newegg GIGABYTE GV-R785OC-2GD Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit
Now 159.99 for this card is a great deal, also it comes with far cry 3 which only makes the deal that much sweeter. But heres the thing people are seeming to have so many issues with it (on newegg anyways even people with good reviews would say it would crash games,force reboot, etc.) im just wondering does anyone know anything about this issue, id love to get this card obviously as its cheaper and something i can get now, or should i just go for another version, one review did say that gigabyte had released drivers that fixed the issues but id like to hear from you guys if this card will be worth it. Phenom II x4 965 BE CPU(in the mail!)
asus m4a785td-v evo mobo
xon xion 630w psu(im gonna upgrade this soon)
