Hi guys, I m going to order these parts from Amazon UK for my new Low-End Gaming/ Browsing PC! Are these specs OK without any bottlenecks? I think it will play some games on high settings like GTA IV! I m using 1600x1200 resolution! Please if there is anyways to improve my build or change the specs, let me know!! Thanks :)

It's ok but the xfx psu is better it's modeled after the seasonic m12ii. You could get it here http://www.dabs.com/products/xfx-450w-proseries--80plus-bronze-core-edition-full-wired-psu-8DK2.html?q=xfx%20psu&src=16
If you have to get it on amazon then get this http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-P1-550S-XXB9-PRO550W-Edition-Supply/dp/B004RJ8EKI/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1357443441&sr=1-1
It's a little overkill for your system but it'll give you room to upgrade to a better gpu later.
