First Build Help needed

AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE

I like the price and this IS a budget gaming PC so yeah. It will be recording Fraps while playing, the question is... can it?

Looks nice the 650 Ti with the processor should run nice enough on Ultra or High while Fraps.
I need you guys to help me pick a motherboard.
Please guys help me its my first build I want it to be perfect, I´m gonna be recording fraps for my YouTube channel.
I know i5 is better but I cant afford it it has to be around $600 preferably under $600
