Cheapest AGP Card

I have an old computer with a failing graphics card. I am looking for the cheapest agp card that is still available (not used, factory refurbished is ok). It does not have to do anything special. Just display 2D on a monitor. Anyhing over 20 USD is probably not worth it for me.
