Try ATI, Hauppauge, or AverMedia.
I am currently using ATI All-in-Wonder 128 Pro and it's pretty good. Gonna get a new one for my old computer: Aver TV Studio with remote control (http://avermedia.com/products/tvstudio01.html).
Just my two cents: better spend more money on high quality products and satisfy, rather than getting trouble and headache from those cheap weird products.
Just got a very bad experience with a cheap low quality PowerColor MTV878... It's a nightmare!!! Could you believe it that they throw a defective product into market with a big "Quality Control Passed" seal on the box??
Good luck and be careful!!
