AMD and INTEL Build

Hello its my first build i am attempting , and i am not sure what to go with, a AMD CPU or INTEL. Can anybody give me 2 builds one with AMD and the other with INTEL (i5). My budget is £450 but it can be a little over. It will be for gaming on high setting if possible and i need everything except the monitor and speakers.
