Fist time buyer need advice im not planning to overclock my PC

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard:ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory:G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card:MSI GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card
Case:Fractal Design Core 1000 MicroATX Mini Tower Case or CM HAF912
Power Supply:Corsair Builder 600W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply
CPU Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

my only problem now is my video card and the case

first i don't know what is the best manufacturer of GeForce 660 my 2 choices now are EVGA or MSI but i have read reviews on MSI regarding "Came DOA out of the box" (BIOS issue)

second the case if it will go well with the CPU Cooler im from south east asia (TROPICAL CLIMATE)

Don't use store reviews as an accurate way to judge products. In all likely hood your chances of getting a bad one are slim to nil and a good 90% of the problems that people report on store reviews can be prevented with a few precautions before installation.

The 660 is a good card - the 7870 GHz edition is a few bucks more and is far better. What store are you buying from? If you post that that will help to suggest parts. If you don't know one check the link in my signature.

Get the Sapphire instead of the Power Color but you do not need to change your motherboard - GPUs aren't motherboard specific.

I have the gigabyte windforce 7870 and with its 3 fans and open cooler design, it never gets hot.

Its compatible. I still don't know why you are getting a that 660 when its one of the more expensive ones and you could get a 7870 for the same price and have better performance.

Fractal Design, no question. The HAF 912 is good - the Fractal Design cases are better.

With a 7870 on the 12.11 drivers, it will still be noticeably better.
