Will an Evga 8400 gs 512mb work on a 250w psu?(I can;t upgrade my psu)

feel free to suggest a better video card.
My pc has and atx-250-12z rev d2 psu.

It might work with that PSU, but not with that motherboard. It only has an AGP slot. About the best you could do with that is this.

Only pulls about 40w. The bad reviews are because sound doesn't work through the HDMI. I don't know what your goals are for this computer, but it's not very good.

PCI is different than PCI-Express. PCI-E is used for graphics cards and things. You have 1 x AGP, which is the "OLD" pci-express. The Radeon 4350 should be able to handle minecraft and youtube.

Thanks. That was all the info i needed. Too bad i already bought the EVGA 8400 gs, i guess I'm upgrading my other computer with an pcie slot.
