VP EYE webcam not working after formatting laptop

i recently formatted my hp 430 laptop and only now i noticed that my VP EYE webam is not working..the inbuilt webcam is not turning on plz help.

there is some youcam software(154mb) in it. why cant i get the same VP-EYE software..?

What came with the laptop is the youcam product. That is what HP provides.
