Bottlenecking?

I am getting an AMD Athlon X2 II Regor Dual-Core 3.4 GHz cpu. What is the best card that I can get without it being bottlenecked?

You can never avoid a bottleneck in any PC all you can do is limit it.

That said what type of games do u want to play and at what resolution
that will have more effect on your performance needs then what cpu your running

I'd get a new CPU + mobo. That Athlon doesn't have enough puff to push any modern card.

I am planning to do some mild gaming like TF2, L4D2, and just simple games. Depending on which game it is I'm planning to run it at around 1280 x 720 - 1336 x 768.

the 7750 will be your best choice if you dont want to buy a better cpu(recommended) and it's compatible with almost any psu.
You get great performance @720p with that card, you better oc the cpu if possible.

Yeah 7750 or a 7770
Personally i'd go for the HD7770, that way if u decide to up the resolution it's will still have plenty of power for those games
and really you can't go wrong with the 7770 as it can pretty much play anything around (with lower detail on some games)
I have a Phenom2 X2 550 BE (3.1ghz) box with a HD7770, handles everything i can throw at it pretty much

7750 is no slouch, plus it needs no additional power.
