Just Some Reviews Please

I'm building a friend a cheap pc, and just want some final thoughts and confirmation that this will be a good build . It started out as a real tight budget build ($340). He decided to spend a little more so here's what I came up with.

AMD Phenom II 965 - $99 -

Antec 300 - $55 -

Seagate 500GB - $60 -

Corsair CX500 - $60 -

G Skill 8 Gb - $45 -

Gigabyte AM3+ ATX - $90 -

Rosewill Wifi Adapter - $35 -

Samsung Dvd Drive - $16 -

Total - $460

The GPU will be my Sapphire 6950 1GB.

Any thing you can find that I missed will be helpful, thanks! :)
