Hello,
I have about $400 to spend on an upgrade for my "gaming" rig and I am looking for the best bang for my buck.

AMD FX 4100 Quad-Core 3.6GHz
ASRock N68-VS3 FX Motherboard
8GB RAM
Sapphire 1GB Radeon HD 6850 card
Using LED LCD for display running 1920 x 1080 @ 60HZ
450 Watt power

Where is my weak spot?

Thanks

FX-6300. $140 (10% promo code)

That FX-4100 is the weakest part of that system and will bottleneck any card you get for it later.

XFX 550W. $70 ($10 rebate

A 450W PSU will also become a bottleneck after a while, as chances are it wont have the dual 6pin connectors for high end cards. Also that you can only only describe it as a "450 Watt" and not a brand doesn't give me confidence about its quality.

MSI HD7850 TwinFrozr. $210 ($15 rebate)

TBH it wont be that much of an upgrade to what you have, if you buy the other two upgrades and then store up a bit more money for a 660ti or 7950 it will be a much bigger jump in relative performance.

Total (not including rebates and shipping): $420
