How much Bottle-necking will this have

Sorry If this is the wrong spot. Was looking at getting the XFX 7970 Ghz 3GB 797G-TDFC for my computer I am running this on an older AMD CPU

I know the CPU will be a bottleneck but how much can I expect to lose by using the following

Phenom II x6 1100T @ 3.4GHz
Gigabyte FXA-890-UD5
16 GB Corsair Dominator 1600
