Final Check on $360 AMD build

Ok, I've spent A LOT of time trying to get a good PC build for under $400 to play games such as GW2, Skyrim, Minecraft, and some mods such as Day Z. This is my final build keep in mind I'm using my current DVD-Rom optical drive, 500gb HDD, and I have an extra copy of Windows 7. Any opinions? I don't really plan on overclocking I'm not looking to go balls to the playing bf3 and other really intense games like that.
