If your playing on 1 monitor at 1920 x 1080p then will not need a $2.5k pc, if you want to play games at the max settings (next few years) as well as surf the web and watch movies I advise you go for something ALOT cheaper. I would go for something like this.... http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wkRQ

How much are you looking to spend for your pc? Also if I was you I would go for an i5 instead of a i7 as you dont really need
hyper-threading. And how high are you aiming to overclock the CPU? Also if your pc is just for gaming I would go for 8gb of RAM instead of 16gb because 8 gb is enough for gaming.

im looking to spend around 2.5k.. just looking for some info from real pc gamers so i can build the best pc i can for gaming in my price point. thanks for the info piggy321

Budget Range= 2.5k

System Usage from Most to Least Important= gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies, other

Are you buying a monitor= yes but not with the 2.5k budget

Parts to Upgrade= i dont really much about that

Do you need to buy OS= yes

Preferred Website= im most likely going to ironside computers to build it for me

Location= lakeland, FL, US

Parts Preferences= Intel Core, GTX 670 or 680

Overclocking= yes

SLI or Crossfire= maybe

Your Monitor Resolution= dont know

Additional Comments= nice looking

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading= i want it to play games like skyrim, warz, dayz, farcry3, and others. so tired of console gaming..
