Will i3 3220 bottleneck HD 7850?

Hi guys i m building a budget gaming pc! going for an i3 3220, b75 mobo, 8gb ram and an HD 7850 1gb/2gb!

Will the cpu bottleneck or reduce FPS in gaming?? will the 7850 performs its 100% performance?



I m betwwen these 2 vgas, I will be playing at 1600x1200 res, is the 1gb one enough?

No it will not Bottleneck at all.

But you can get the 2GB version.
As new games Cross 1GB of available VRAM on 1080p Ultra.

I second that, BF3 already uses more than 1GB on ultra. So can Skyrim with lots of mods. IL-2: Cliffs of Dover can even use 2GB+ (but that's a result of terrible optimization). And no, an Ivy Bridge i3 will not bottleneck that card.
