my pc specs :

AMD Athlon II X3 455 3.30GHz
Asus M5A78L-M LX
1GB ATI Radeon 7770 DDR5 128bit

i prefer this power supply based on my budget :

Corsair VS450 450W

is 450w enough for my pre-build pc ?? or should i choose 500w??

i wondering about the memory too Kingston Hyper X 8gb BLU
