Is this card Reference Design? Aftermarket Cooler?

My XFX AMD Radeon HD 6870 fan seized up.

I have a support ticket up with the company, but if they deny the RMA, what aftermarket cooler
would work with this card and keep the temps low enough for gaming.

Very few manufacturers sell a purely reference design, as that would not differentiate their product from the rest and would therefore not earn as much profit.

The XFX version has their own fan and placement, so theoretically an RMA should be approved.
