Computer turns on but display does not show anything.

So im building a computer for a friend.

I Had a psu with an 8 pin connector and i pluged it into my 4 pin motherboard. the usb ports on the motherboard have no power and also im using onboard graphics.

System specs
Cpu-i3 3220
Motherboard-ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM
Ram- Kingston 1333 ram
Gpu- Onboard Graphics

i forgot to add i got a psu with a 4 pin but it still wont work

Hi, The CPU requires a newer BIOS version.
I think that the BIOS chip is on socket. You can buy one and replace it or use a CPU supported by the BIOS.
