What do you think? First time build

Looking at buying these parts over the next month. I've already got a CPU Cooler, OS as well as a power source. My monitor is 1680x1080 but I would like to upgrade to 1980x1050 shortly after building this pc. I would like to have the option to overclock as well as run SLI/Crossfire in the future even though I will not be doing so initially. My budget is under $800.

More about what think time build
  1. 1. Do you live near a Microcenter because that 3570k is in-store pickup only? Expect to pay at least $219 ($204.99 @ Newegg with mail-in rebate)

    2. What exact PSU do you have (you would be putting your PC at risk if its an unreliable PSU)?
  2. Microcenter is about 60 miles away, I doubt I'll do the pickup only. I actually just found out that it was 169.99 there when I pasted it to this thread haha. I have an ABS Tagan BZ Series BZ700 700W ATX12V
